I have experienced well and hygienic treatment and testing from this hospital and I would like to appreciate all the staff who treated us and recover soon. The two person I want to mention who really helped and treated well is Ranjith and Ambrish from ultrasound scanning and CT scan department. Today I had an MRI scan and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the MRI technician Mr Dhanavanth and Mr Sanjay . From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at ease, explaining the procedure and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The technician was efficient, yet took the time to answer my questions, and their calm demeanor helped reduce any anxiety I had. I got my Mom’s Knee replacement surgery done back in March 2024. It’s been a successful surgery and she’s been doing very well post the surgery and has been able to walk properly without any pain. The staff and doctors are very helpful. Would like to specifically mention Deepak who takes care of the Insurance part, he’s very friendly and has been very helpful throughout and even after the surgery whenever you need anything.

Well maintained multi-speciality hospital. Specially thanks to Mr. Vishwanath and Deepak for handling the emergency case in well organised way.
Hospital infrastructure is good compare to other hospitals in the city but few things need to be improved. Doctors care friendly, talk nicely and treat with lot of care and love. Hospital need to increase staff specially sister's, they take their own time to handle patient during emergency. Billing and insurance team support friendly and they are very nice. Deepak helped, supported to close the insurance process quickly.

This is my 2nd visit K S Hospital Koppal, because I trust this hospital. My1st experience was satisfactory to me that is the reason why we are visiting again for my mother. She got admitted here for her knee Replacement Surgery done by Dr.Basavaraj s Kyavatar sir . The treatment, facilities and services are very good. This situation was very well handled , taking my mother to emergency room on structure, Dr Muttanna and duty doctors over the case and all necessary steps were taken care immediately and were very supportive till my mother got discharged. My mother stayed nearly 3 days in ICU and nursing staff First Floor coordinator were humble and taken very good care of her. Later moved to semi private ward and there also the nursing staff, dietitian, cleaner
The security people were strict as they had to follow the protocols but very suppotive and good people.
